After graduating from UCLA with a degree in economics, Nancy worked in Los Angeles, New York and London as a marketing and advertising executive with Time Magazine and The New Yorker Magazine. Intrigued by the real estate business, Nancy changed careers in the early 1990′s and has been successfully representing Buyers and Sellers for over two decades. Averaging 20 to 25 transactions annually totaling $50 to $80 million in yearly revenue, Nancy has consistently ranked in the top echelon of her peers and most notably has been the #4 and #5 top producing realtor for all Santa Barbara residential realtors in 2016 and 2015. Every year Berkshire Hathaway has awarded her the highest awards for sales performance (Chairman’s Circle Diamond, Platinum and Gold awards). In 2007 Nancy was selected to be a Founding Director of Berkshire Hathaway’s Luxury Collection Division.

As the International Publisher of Time Magazine, Linos lived and traveled throughout the US, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa for much of his career. Upon retiring from publishing in 2005, Linos decided to put his experience and energy to use working with his wife, Nancy, to help manage her successful and growing business. With an international network of personal and business contacts, plus years of managing complex businesses around the world, Linos brings a wise and steady perspective to each transaction.
Marketing Director and Transaction Coordinator
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Sarah holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication with an emphasis on Technology Management — a perfect degree for a career in real estate. Her education and skill set are put to use everyday in her multi-faceted role of Marketing Director and Transaction Coordinator. Sarah’s previous experience includes a stint at Yelp handling advertising and she has a long time love of marketing which is evident in her execution of Montecito Properties dynamic social media platform and advertising. As a licensed agent, Sarah supports our clients through the entire listing and sales process from marketing, to escrow and transaction paperwork and closing. Customer service is number one with Sarah and no detail is too small or overlooked on her watch.
After receiving a degree in finance from Bond University in Australia, Alex moved to San Diego and began his career in the mortgage business where he assisted in all aspects of residential mortgages. Within a short time he realized that his true passion was in residential brokerage and investment, so in early 2018 he joined Montecito Properties as the team’s Operations Director. Alex manages all the day to day details of preparing for showings, inspections, open houses and the myriad requests and details involved in getting properties ready for the market. He is also the team’s dedicated Buyer’s Agent, responsible for researching and selecting properties for buyers and keeping them informed about the market. One of his strengths is a keen sense of how to match people with the perfect property and having grown up in Santa Barbara, he knows the Central Coast as only an insider could. Alex brings that knowledge and enthusiasm to work for every client.
