The week has started off with three more sales in Montecito highlighting the continued strength of the Santa Barbara real estate market.

Initially listed in August 2019 for $6,995,000, this historic Country English Montecito estate, went into escrow yesterday after 294 days on the market with a listing price of $6,780,000. A private Mediterranean estate with multiple high-quality recent additions, 715 Ladera Lane recently went into escrow after being on the market for 225 days at $7,900,000. Finally! A long-run has finally come to an end for this Bonnymede Condo. After a total of 985 days on the market, it closed for $3,150,000.
