Last week was the week of two - 2 New Listings, 2 Closed Sales and 2 Pending Sales in Montecito. The new listing that caught our eye was 412 Crocker Sperry Drive. There are approximately 46 active listings in Montecito, 20 of which came on the market within the last 30 days. After months and months of “low inventory” we are starting to see more properties getting listed and some great choices for buyers.
