There were 7 New Listings in Montecito ranging from $2.9M - $17.6M, 3 Pending Sales and only 1 Closed Sale last week. There are approximately 53 active listings in Montecito and inventory is now back to a more normal level. That is good news for all the buyers who are looking - and that doesn’t include all the off market listings (be sure to contact us to know more about those!) We have seen 77 Closed Sales so far this year (January 1 - June 30), but what I find most interesting is that 18 of those sales were sold off market. That is nearly 25% of all Montecito sales!
