For the first full week of September we will keep it short and simple. There were 3 New Listings last week ranging from $4.5M - $7.995M and only 1 Closed Sale, which was 81 Depot Road. A charming 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom Montecito condo near Butterfly Beach, 81 Depot Road sold for $100k over asking price.


Lastly, there were 4 new Pending Sales; one of which was 487 Monarch Lane, a darling Ennisbrook Casita, went into escrow quickly with multiple over asking price offers! Prices are still strong and desirable properties in great locations continue to sell for over the list price.
