Last week in Montecito there were 5 New Listings, 5 Closed Sales, but no new Pending Sales. Our favorite new listing is 1781 Glen Oaks Drive - a stunning multi-acre estate complete with a 2 bedroom guest house, pool and park-like grounds. The closed sale that caught our eye was 1074 Cold Spring Road - which sold for $7,695,000, 85% of its last list price, after being on the market for 117 days. Believe it or not we are half way through October already, we will continue to keep you posted on how real estate activity changes this fall.
