Today as we adjust our sails, I see many opportunities in the market. We have more listings and fewer sales which bodes well for buyers and now is the time to make offers - sellers in all price ranges are ready to hear from you.
Currently there are 54 active listings in Montecito, 18 of which are over $10M. There were 5 New Listings last week, 3 Pending Sales but only 1 Closed Sale. Three of the New Listings were between $4-$6M, which is a much needed price point. Of the 17 closed sales so far this quarter, only 3 of them have been in the $4-$6M price range.
