The question at the top of Buyers and Sellers minds lately is, are prices rising or falling? My view is they are flat and all indications are they will remain at this level through 2024. Last week there were 2 New Listings in Montecito, 3 Closed Sales and 5 new Pending Sales. It might not be at the back breaking pace of 2020, but our market remains steady.
I hope this week is filled with time with your loved ones and moments to reflect on what you are most grateful for!
