Last week in Montecito activity heated up, with 3 New Listings, 4 Pending Sales and 6 Closed Sales.

  • The New Vacant Lot Listing in Montecito Oaks at 196 Santa Elena, a property impacted by the 2018 debris flow, went into escrow after just 2 days on market after receiving multiple offers.

  • 544 Santa Rosa Lane is meeting Buyers for a second time in Escrow, whereas the beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom on 325 San Ysidro Road is in Escrow after just 13 days on market at $7,595,000.

  • Of the 6 Closed Sales last week, 3 of the closings were over $7M, with the quiet-Mediterranean-charmer on 262 Santa Rosa Lane closing in just 9 days, $185K over asking, at $8,180,790.

  • 2 Active Listings collecting days on market reduced their prices last week; 465 Hot Springs by $1.6M and 1930 Jelinda Drive by $621,000.
