Our last week of 2022 closed out an exceptionally slow 4th quarter with just 1 Closed Sale, in Montecito.

1010 Cima Linda – Incredible ocean views span the horizon from this newly renovated, single level, mid-century modern home, which closed last week for $9,750,000; 13% below the originally listed price of $11,250,000, but nearly $7M more than its last purchase price of $2,850,000 in 2013.
