Montecito Real Estate Market Snapshot
Our first full week of 2023 ended with 4 New Listings in Montecito and more promised for next week. With the year just ramping up, there were No Pended or Closed Sales last week, but I anticipate that shifting as we move further away from the Holidays.
All New Listings were under $10 Million, two listings are under $5.2 Million and located in the highly-coveted Hedgerow neighborhood. If this is any indication of what's to come this next month, I've already laced up my running shoes!
