Heading into the holiday weekend we saw 8 New Listings — the most we have seen in a while! And although the summer season and long weekend has reduced the number of showings, we are hearing that several new listings are already getting offers. Last week had 5 Closed Sales plus 5 Pacaso fractional sales, which have been controversial to say the least! And 2 of the sales, one a beach side condo and one a Sea Meadow attached home, both sold well over $2,000sf - underscoring the continued demand for this Montecito location and lifestyle! Although there were only 3 pending sales, two sold with multiple offers and over asking and the third is an $18.5M listing. There are approximately 24 active listing in Montecito as of today, which include a timeless and luxurious Montecito estate, a beachy townhouse just steps to Butterfly Beach and many other great finds.
