Cash sales continue to hold strong in Montecito.
Last month 63% of all home sales in Montecito were ALL cash transactions. We noticed an upward cash trend happening in 2021 and it has continued into 2022, as more and more offers and sales have ended in all cash. It's hard to say what is causing this influx of all cash sales, but perhaps it is partially due to the competitive edge it gives you when making an offer on a property.
