Weekly Market Snapshot

2020 continues to surprise us as there seems to be a stampede to Montecito and the Central Coast. Beyond the pandemic, the West Coast has become the destination of choice - the weather, open space, business opportunities and entertainment are drawing families, couples, singles and retirees to this incomparable lifestyle. Santa Barbara is a hub for today's new and improved office—remote working combined with comfort and luxury. We have the numbers to prove it!

What happened in Montecito Last Week?

Last week more than twice as many homes sold than came on the market. Take a look at some of the newest hot properties below.

FUN FACT: In September of 2019, 22 homes sold in Montecito for a total of $81,370,000. In the first 20 days of September 2020, 30 homes have sold, totaling $140,332,076. This was in Montecito alone!

This single level contemporary jewel is just moments from Montecito's Butterfly Beach and the Biltmore. Cozy interior spaces open via large expanses of glass doors and windows to interface with sun-drenched patios, mature specimens and fruit trees, tropical lush landscaping, and tranquil garden spaces

As we transition out of summer and into fall, the weather may be cooling down but the market sure isn't!

That sums it up for last week!
