The last week of Q3 ended with a bang! An impressive number of homes sold and even more homes went into escrow. No matter what the price or style, the homes seem to be selling. Last week the highest sale was a $9.4M contemporary compound and the lowest sale was a $875k Coast Village condo - demonstrating the variety of buyers scooping up homes in Montecito.
