Weekly Market Snapshot

The last week of Q3 ended with a bang! An impressive number of homes sold and even more homes went into escrow. No matter what the price or style, the homes seem to be selling. Last week the highest sale was a $9.4M contemporary compound and the lowest sale was a $875k Coast Village condo - demonstrating the variety of buyers scooping up homes in Montecito.

September 27th - October 3rd

Something for everyone - take a look at the 18 different properties that went into escrow last week.

FUN FACT: 57 homes sold in Montecito in September 2020, compared to only 28 in 2019!

A lifetime of memories awaits at this Ennisbrook villa! Ideally sited on 1.2 acres, the single level Mediterranean residence takes full advantage of mesmerizing mountain views. With multiple doors and windows opening from all rooms to the expansive and lush gardens, this gated estate brings indoor/outdoor living to a new level.

It has been a historic quarter for Montecito real estate, with only three months left in the 2020, October is off to a good start. Stay tuned.
