As 2020 comes to an end and we reflect on what an unprecedented year it was for Montecito real estate, we cannot help but be incredibly grateful for each and every client we had the opportunity of working with to help buy or sell their home to start a new chapter.
With one week left in 2020 approximately 379 homes have sold in Montecito - a staggering 66.9% higher than 2019. Even though it was a holiday week there was still significant real estate activity in Montecito with a variety of new listings and new escrows ranging from $17.9 million to $2.1 million and eight homes closed ranging from $1.9 million to $7.95 million.
