Pending and closed sales, as well as new listings were all down last week. One of the most noticeable changes being the price point of the pending and closed sales, which was much lower than what we have been seeing recently. One off market sale took place, 1479 Bonnymede Drive - after being newly renovated it sold for $2M more than when it last closed in May 2019.
