Weekly Market Snapshot

The first week of November seemed to mirror the last week of October very closely in the Montecito real estate market. New listings are slightly up, however the number of closed sales is the exact same - 13. Three of the homes sold were over $10M, with the largest sale being 2955 E Valley Road, which sold for $33,308,250. This is a 23.4% increase from when it sold in January 2019! Check out all the Montecito market happenings below. For more detail or the back story on these and other Montecito sales, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

What happened in Montecito Last Week?

November 1st - November 8th

FUN FACT: Only one home was withdrawn from the market in Montecito last week - the same as the last week of October.

Newly Listed at $5,495,000

Montecito seaside living at its finest! Privately secured behind the guarded gates of Sea Meadow, this 3 bedroom home has been freshly revitalized in a recent remodel. Just a stone's throw from the beach and a short distance from the Rosewood Miramar resort and vibrant shopping and restaurants in the lower village, the home offers style, luxury, and convenience.

That sums it up for last week!
