Weekly Market Snapshot

Another quarter has come to an end and we are officially in the final quarter of 2021! We saw approximately 27 sales in Montecito during September, which is a dip from August's 36 sales. The highest sale last month was 788 San Ysidro Lane, which closed off market for $13,250,000. The lowest priced sale was 1150 Toro Canyon Road which sold for $1,475,000. We use to be surprised by sales that were upward of $1,000 per square foot, but exceptional properties like 788 San Ysidro Lane are blowing that price per square foot out of the water coming in at $2,486 per square foot.

If you want to know how Q3 has measured up to the rest of the year, keep an eye out for our Q3 Montecito market newsletter which will be published soon!
