Weekly Market Snapshot

We are heading into our second full week of October and buyers are still lining up to look at listings — if they can find them! Last week had 5 closed sales, 4 pending and 4 new listings; a month ago we saw 5 closed sales, 7 pending and 8 new listings, a year ago there were 4 closed sales, 11 pending and 9 new listings and if we look back at last week in 2019 there were 8 closed sales, 10 pending and 8 new listings. As you can see, the new listings in Montecito have trended down recently. Wednesday saw the launch of 810 Coyote Road, a dramatic modern residence with stunning interior finishes and superior indoor/outdoor living spaces.
