Weekly Market Snapshot

Updated: Jan 2, 2022

It was the second to last week of the year and real estate activity was almost nonexistent in Montecito. There were not any new listings or price changes and only 3 closed sales and 2 pending sales - the least amount of activity we have seen all year. However this year was anything but typical following closely in 2020's footsteps. In 2020 there were approximately 371 sales, this year we have seen approximately 355 sales. For a look at the memorable sales we have had in 2021, please see below.

What happened in Montecito Last Week?

December 19th - December 25th

NO NEW LISTINGS

NO PRICE CHANGES

FUN FACT: The highest sale so far this year was 1655 Fernald Point, which sold for $45M.

That sums it up for last week!
