The first week of February saw a total of 8 closed sales in Montecito - a strong start. As well, there were several interesting new listings that hit the market last week; 2084 E Valley Road came back on the market at $8,500,000 after closing in May 2021 for $6,905,000 and it is already in escrow. Another interesting one - 321 Ennisbrook Drive was listed for the first time at $13,900,000. The lot was purchased in 2016 and on it this chic contemporary was built.
