Weekly Market Snapshot

The last week of March had three closed sales, four pending sales and four new listings in Montecito, but that is not the whole story...

There were a total of 27 closed sales in Montecito throughout the month of March. The highest priced sale in the MLS was 851 Buena Vista Drive at $25M. However, you will see in one of our latest blogs (check it out here), that many notable private sales have taken place over the last few weeks. This includes the largest sale in Santa Barbara County so far this year, 700 Picacho Lane, which sold for a whopping $52M. The owners of this immaculate estate never moved in and received an offer that they could not refuse! We are now heading into a historically busier time of year for real estate, stay tuned to see what happens!
