A native Californian and Montecito resident, Nancy graduated from UCLA with a degree in economics, and worked in Los Angeles, New York and London as a marketing and advertising executive with Time Magazine and The New Yorker Magazine for over a decade before changing careers in early 1990s. After 10 successful years in the Los Angeles real estate market, Nancy moved to Montecito and has been representing Buyers and Sellers along the Central Coast since the early 2000's. Averaging over 30 transactions annually totaling $100-$200+ million in yearly revenue, Nancy consistently ranks in the top echelon of her peers and most notably has been ranked in the top 5 for all Santa Barbara realtors every year for the last 5 years. Every year Berkshire Hathaway has awarded her the highest awards for sales performance (Chairman’s Circle Diamond and Platinum awards). In 2007 Nancy was selected to be a Founding Director of Berkshire Hathaway’s Luxury Collection Division.

As the International Publisher of Time Magazine, Linos lived and traveled throughout the US, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa for much of his career. Upon retiring from publishing in 2005, Linos decided to put his experience and energy to use working with his wife, Nancy, to help manage her successful and growing business. With an international network of personal and business contacts, plus years of managing complex businesses around the world, Linos brings a wise and steady perspective to each transaction.
After receiving a degree in finance from Bond University in Australia, Alex moved to San Diego and began his career in the mortgage business where he assisted in all aspects of residential mortgages. Within a short time he realized that his true passion was in residential brokerage and in 2018 he joined Montecito Properties as the team’s Transaction Manager handling all aspects of the real estate process — scheduling inspections, completing disclosures, working with escrow companies, title officers, land use attorneys, architects, designers, utility companies and more to make sure the transactions run smoothly. He quickly mastered the role and became an integral member of the team managing all the day to day details of preparing for showings, inspections, open houses and the myriad requests and details involved in getting properties ready to go on the market. As a licensed agent, Alex has been involved in over $500,000,000 in closed sales and is a trusted resource for Montecito Properties buyers and sellers. Having grown up in Santa Barbara, he knows the Central Coast as only an insider could and he has a keen sense of how to match people with the perfect property. Alex brings that knowledge and enthusiasm to work for every client.
Born and raised on the California Coast, Andrea brings 15 years of luxury hospitality, client-based operations and strategic marketing to our table. She earned a degree in Public Relations and Business Marketing from Gonzaga University, but it was a year in Florence, Italy and her many travels abroad that set her on a successful path of launching, developing and leading Michelin-rated and James Beard-recognized culinary, wine and restaurant brands all throughout California and Colorado. Making her move to real estate has been a seamless transition as she lends support to the Kogevinas Team throughout every aspect of our operations, ensuring each step is curated to every one of our individual clients needs.
A native of Santa Barbara, Delane has been in the business of real estate for the last 30 years. She began her career in a family office money management firm overseeing the firm’s real estate needs. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to start her own business in property management focused on luxury estate properties for domestic and international clients. Delane’s expertise is working with exclusive clientele and she excels at meeting the diverse and unique requirements of each individual. As a master of every detail with extensive experience auditing real estate files for large corporate firms, Delane brings a valuable skill set to Team Kogevinas as Transaction Manager where she compiles, organizes, executes and files all the contracts, forms, disclosures and documents on every transaction and works closely with each client to guide them through all the important documents of the sale process.
After earning a degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University, Charlotte pursued a career in the fitness industry becoming a successful entrepreneur, personal trainer and coach. Her qualifications, drive and passion led her into management quickly and broadened her skill set. In 2018 Charlotte made the move into real estate combining her background in customer service and management with a flair for marketing into her role as marketing and social media manager. She spearheads and oversees all the digital, website, social media and related marketing for Montecito Properties.
