After graduating from UCLA with a degree in economics, Nancy worked in Los Angeles, New York
and London as a marketing and advertising executive with Time Magazine and The New Yorker
Magazine. Intrigued by the real estate business, Nancy changed careers in the early 1990s and has
been successfully representing Buyers and Sellers for over two decades. Averaging 20 to 25
transactions annually totaling $50 to $80 million in yearly revenue, Nancy has consistently ranked in
the top echelon of her peers and most notably has been ranked in the top 10 for all Santa Barbara realtors every year for the last 10 years, with many years being in the top 5. Every year Berkshire Hathaway has awarded her the highest awards for sales performance (Chairman’s Circle Diamond, Platinum and Gold awards). In 2007 Nancy was selected to be a Founding Director of Berkshire Hathaway’s Luxury Collection Division.

Upon retiring from publishing in 2005, Linos decided to put his experience and energy to use working with his wife, Nancy, to help manage her successful and growing business. Marketing and Operations Director
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Sarah holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication with an emphasis on Technology Management — a perfect degree for a career in real estate. Her education and skill set are put to use every day in her multi-faceted role of Operations and Marketing Director. Sarah supervises the creation and execution of all Montecito Properties marketing, digital and social media, print, TV, online advertising and promotions. As a licensed agent, Sarah also works side by side with buyers to help them find their dream home and navigate through the process from the initial search for a home to financing, inspections and closing. She is resourceful and patient with a natural ability to find solutions and keep everyone on track. Customer service is number one with Sarah and she oversees the entire search, listing and sale process to make sure each transaction runs smoothly - no detail is too small or overlooked on her watch.
After receiving a degree in finance from Bond University in Australia, Alex moved to San Diego and began his career in the mortgage business where he assisted in all aspects of residential mortgages. Within a short time he realized that his true passion was in residential brokerage and in 2018 he joined Montecito Properties as the team’s Transaction Manager. Alex is the point person for all escrows, handling every detail from start to finish working with inspectors, escrow companies, title officers, land use attorneys, architects, designers, utility companies and more to make sure the transaction runs smoothly. In addition, he manages all the day to day details of preparing for showings, inspections, open houses and the myriad requests and details involved in getting properties ready to go on the market. As a licensed agent, Alex is also responsible for researching and selecting properties for buyers and keeping them informed about the market. Having grown up in Santa Barbara, he knows the Central Coast as only an insider could and he has a keen sense of how to match people with the perfect property. Alex brings that knowledge and enthusiasm to work for every client.
After earning a degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University, Charlotte pursued a career in the fitness industry becoming a successful entrepreneur, personal trainer and coach. Her qualifications, drive and passion led her into management quickly and broadened her skill set. In 2018 Charlotte made the move into real estate combining her background in customer service and management with a flair for marketing into her role as marketing and social media manager. She spearheads and oversees all the digital, website, social media and related marketing for Montecito Properties.
