How's the Market?

"Sow a thought and you reap an action; sow an action and you reap a habit; sow a habit and you reap a character; sow a character and you reap a destiny.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Turning Information into Action

Now for a quick recap of Montecito real estate - last week in Montecito there were 6 New Listings, 5 Closed Sales and 2 Pending Sales. There was one off market sale, 285 Bonnie Lane which closed for $4.9M. However, the real talk of the town was 777 Romero Canyon Road, which sold for $25,124,500 after having 2 offers and was rumored to be in escrow much higher but looks like there was a re-negotiation to get it closed.

The last week of February is upon us, and this year is a leap year - more on that in next week’s blog!

What Happened in Montecito Last Week?

February 18th - February 24th

THE FOOTHILLS NEIGHBORHOOD

Perfectly positioned among nature, with the San Marcos Preserve as the backdrop, but within minutes of all Santa Barbara offers, the Foothills neighborhood provides breathtaking views of the Santa Ynez Mountains, Pacific Ocean, and the Channel Islands.

That sums it up for last week!
