This sentiment certainly rings true in Montecito. Nearly 50% of the sales (11 out of 23) were all cash in November! In the chart below you will see the cash sales highlighted in blue.

However, this is not a completely unique moment for Montecito. It seems the whole fourth quarter of 2021 has been all about the cash. In both October and September 50% of the closed sales were closed with all cash.
