This last week reflected a housing market charting a path toward long-term sustainability and a more familiar market-pace with less volatility and more predictability. “Home sales are still projected to hit a near record-high pace in 2022 despite trailing 2021 levels.” said Patrick Dodd, president and CEO at CoreLogic.
