Last week saw two listings of note in Montecito.  


1930 Jelinda Drive closed escrow after less than 60 days on the market - this house sold in 2016 for $3,185,000 (a great price!) and has been completely renovated.  It first came on the market asking $6,995,000 but once they dropped the price to $6,750,000 it went into escrow pretty quickly and closed on Friday.
