Weekly Market Snapshot

Closed sales, pending sales and new listings were ALL up last week. For pending sales the sweet spot seemed to be $2M to $6M with seven properties going into escrow within that price range. It was a similar story for closed sales; nine of the ten closed sales were between $2M and $6M. We are now more than half way through February and there have been 15 sales. In 2020 there were only 8 sales in Montecito at this point.
