Weekly Market Snapshot
Thanksgiving week proved to be a slower week for Montecito real estate compared to the last few weeks. With only two new listings and no new price changes, perhaps we are starting to see a bit of the normal "holiday slowdown." However, slowdown or not, November has already seen 32 sales, compared to November 2019 which only saw a total of 12 sales. It will be interesting to see how the final month of 2020 compares to 2019, stay tuned!
