Weekly Market Snapshot

Last week new listings lagged, but new escrows and closed sales did not. With nine homes going into escrow and eight homes closing, three being off market sales, it was a busy week in Montecito. One of the largest sales we have seen went into escrow last week, 2845 Sycamore Canyon Road, which is listed for $39,750,000! Overall, the Montecito market is holding strong going into Thanksgiving week.

What happened in Montecito Last Week?

November 15th - November 21st

Check out the stunning new listings that hit the market last week!

FUN FACT: Only two listings were withdrawn last week! Four listings were cancelled, but considering the amount of activity in Montecito this seems reasonable.

Primoya Farms, Carpinteria

Newly Listed at $16,500,000

Primoya Farms is a coastal estate of unrivaled beauty and splendor prominently sited above the Pacific Ocean and overlooking vast swaths of rolling hillsides and breathtaking mountain and ocean views. Originally conceived as a Palladian style West Coast residence for Dame Judith Anderson, this magnificent estate now plays host to a Cherimoya orchard, avocado trees and a petite vineyard all surrounded by serenity, abundant natural beauty and privacy in the foothills of Carpinteria.

That sums it up for last week!
